To get your wireless password you need to go to a computer that is connected to the wireless network and open the control panel and select Network and Internet, then select Homegroup, then select print and view the Homegroup password. The next page will have the wireless network password.

If the characters of the key weren't tick to show up as they were input, they won't show up anywhere else afterwards so the only place to find them in readable form is in the router's settings.
