slowmo video AND audio

hi everyone! im trying to make a section of a movie im making in
slwmo. ive found out how to slow the video, but not the audio that
goes with it. i know that i could record the program when i use the
rate control with something that records "what you hear", but that
wouldnt be very acurate. so id like to know if there is a way to slow
the audio that goes with the slowmo-ed video. if you could explain it
in an easy to understand way thatd be awesome, because im fairly new to
vegas 5. thanks in advanced!
