Directx features

ok so i bought a radeon 7750 video card a couple day ago and had problems from the start with the video and stuff but i got it all fix but on thing. i can play any games cause it cant load the directx 3d and i already look at my dxdiag and cant do anything there and i have updated the drivers yesterday and today and im stumped and dont know wat to do. please help

Are these games that worked before you got the card?

Uninstall the card from device manager, uninstall the drivers, reboot. Re-install the drivers.
