MN-710 Broadband Utility Error

First off, when I ran the install program on the CD, it
gave me two options to choose from and they were both
just black boxes (?). I tried installing with both
unknown options and it gives me a Visual Basic Error:
Abnormal Program Termination when trying to run
MSBNUTIL.exe. I got my wireless card to work sans the
utility, but I would like to get this program running.

Anyone know where I can get the MS Broadband Utility for
the MN-710 USB wireless card?
