Hello,
games was not opening when we open games it was asking d3d and video memory

well d3d usually has to do with direct3d, which is directx affiliated created by microsoft. video memory is the amount of memory your video card can hold.(i.e its like ram specifically built for gpus). it would help if we knew what:

1. Game are you running
2. What is your graphics processor
