What kind of situations should ES be contacted instead of CS? And what is the number to reach ES? Thanks in advanced.

Executive Services is the most powerful group of the Customer Care
department. They traditionally have much more power than typical CS,
and they can work with you and get your needs met if you are in a
bind... You should try calling regular customer care (*2) first before
calling ES because there *are* some things that regular customer service
can handle. But in those cases when they cannot help you out, calling
Executive Services would be the best course of action.

I would warn against calling them for every little problem though as the
department should not be abused. But in those instances when CS just
won't listen, or in cases when you have an extreme problem that needs
lots of explaining and special attention, ES is the best way to go.

Executive Services: 866-519-5698

ES is the end of the line in CS and they are there to try to solve problems
that CS or tier 2 can't fix, or who don't have the authority to make those
changes.

CS & Tier 2 are there to handle 95% (my number, not SPCS's) of the questions
called in.

The number has been posted a number of times.
