Connecting to Wifi with an Anroid Tablet

Hello,
I am unable to connect to Wifi, not sure what is I added the network name and password. I am still unable to connect. Help

To get your wireless password you need to go to a computer that is connected to the wireless network and open the control panel and select Network and Internet, then select Homegroup, then select print and view the Homegroup password. The next page will have the wireless network password.
