Wireless connection and an ad hoc network at the same time?

Here is my scenario:

I have my PC in my room that is connected to our router via a Wireless NIC. I use a VPN on my PC to keep my apartment complex from snooping on my internet habits (they made me sign a waiver saying they can do this). I have a second PC in the same room that gets a weak signal from the router, and I have a PS3 that I would like to use my PC's secure connection.

Basically I would like my PC to share its internet to two other devices in the same room. The PC connects to the internet via wireless as I stated before. I have a second wireless NIC that I would like to create an ad hoc network with the other devices.

There doesn't seem to be a way in Windows to be connected to a wireless network and create an ad hoc network at the same time. Is there a way to do this?
