One day my computer wouldnt restart and gave me a Hardware monitor error, so I went to bios and a few things were red one being my Power Temperature and it read over 200 F. So i retured the power supply got a new one and it still says this. So I told it to ignor and the computer runs perfectly. Anyone know what could be happening, maybe my motherboard

Here are some possible reasons:

A. The sensor for reporting PSU temps, whatever it is, is not connected or broken.

B. The program/bios system used to report such temps SUCKS.

C. It may not be reading the PSU at all, but rather the mofsets that regulate the motherboard power (more likely).

If its runs ok i owuld tend to ignore it, however a external temp sensor probe might be nice to just check the power regulation components on the motherboard, just to make sure something isnt short circuting and getting too hot.
