Decent ata 133 controller card?

Hello everyone.
I'm curious as to which controller cards are generally considered to be the best overall?

I'm just looking for a nice stable one that has 2 IDE channels, will support 4 hard drives at ata 133, and would be under 50-60$. I'm considering a promise but I've heard that it isn't possible to have more than one promise card in the same system?

If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them since reviews for ide controller cards are virtually non existent or I just didn't have luck finding any.
