Acid 4.0 recording a track and coming back to it later to ..

Hello,

I've been using Acid 4.0 and I'm recording vocals and keys in addition
to using loops. I'd like to know if I can record a keyboard track say
on track 5 stop, and continue recording again with the keys on track
five but not erasing what I've already recorded. In other words I
record 20 measures of keys.....stop recording and then start recording
again with keys on measure 25. Is this possible in Acid like it is in
other recording programs?
