OS written onto SLAVE hard drive!

So I got two brand new 100 gb hard drives. When re-installing my OS I accidentally told it to intstall onto the slave drive not the main drive. Everything seems to be running sorta ok.

Is this bad? Should I re-install to the main drive? I dunno

well if you dont have any data you want to keep on the master then sure you can reformat.
Then even swap the drives around if you wish.

It doesnt matter terribly much, so long as you know which drive is which and the boot process is reliable
