Lauer did in fact predict that SprintPCS would be a WLNP winner, despite
Smith his childish obscenities for my saying so. And pretending he
didn't remember Lauer saying that when SMITH posted about it last fall !

And yet SprintPCS is a WLNP loser having lost more users from
portability than it gained.
The apologists just want to insult me rather than than
admit to SprintPCS being the loser it is.
Only AT&T Wireless did worse from WLNP.

Pure and udder bullshit Phillipe. I don't have a clue about the quote
from Lauer on being a WNLP winner, but I specifically remember SPCS's web
presentations that said they would be profitable by 1st or 2nd quarter in
2005 ... not 2004, but 2005 ...
You are so full of it, your eyes are brown ...

Lauer, however, downplayed those concerns, noting that Sprint's customer
turnover is near the average for the wireless industry.
"We believe we will be a smaller net winner out of this," he said. "I
don't think we'll be a large winner, I don't think we'll be a large
loser."
