Windows 7 Display

When I turned on my computer this morning, I noticed a black bar around the sides and up/down on my display. The black bars are about an inch on the sides and 1/2 inch above/below. Computer info - i7 920 9gb 1333mhz RAM ATI 5970 Windoww 7 Home Premium running at 1920 x 1080 rez. My CCC is 10.2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm thinking that it could either be an issue with the display or the graphics card. How old is the display? Have you had any issues with it before? To test the graphics card, try reverting back to CCC 10.1 and see if that changes anything.

I'm wondering if you somehow booted into Safe Mode?

Actually figured it out. My scaling setting in CCC was somehow changed. No clue but glad that's all it was. Thanks!

I had that happen with my nvidia card, is there any other way to fix it with an nvidia card?
