um yes i did what i was told and by pressing f8 and going to safe mode with networking i do not have an administration accout to log in to if any one can help ive been trying to get in to my pc for at least a week and im trying not pay to get in to it so if anyone can help send me and email at (email deleted) thanks for your support

One easy way to reset the password is just to reinstall windows.
