Remote access to my home wifi network

Hello,
I am wondering how to use my iPhone 5 using 3G or LTE to connect to my home wifi network so I can control things like my airconditioner (using the supplied app) which is also connected to the home wifi network?
I have a WHS a Windows 8 machine and an XP Pro machine. I am using a Linksys WAG320N Router/Modem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards Jeremy

Unless you have a static IP through your internet provider, you will have to register for a service like dyndns.com (or something like that) that keeps track of your IP address at home even if it changes. I'd also look at getting an RDP/RDC app for controlling your computers from your phone.
