Losing all data

after showing the information about hardware configuration my computer does not start he windows shows me this message
3rd master hard disk S.M.A.R.T status BAD backup and replace
press DEL to resume
until I press Del and go to CMOS setup the windows doesn`t start
what can I do?
Do I lose my information in Hard Disk?

this message indicates the drive is bad and you should go into windows, back it up, and replace it. kind of self explanatory

it means your harddrive has failed, is failing, or will fail soon.
backup all your important/irreplaceable data while (and if) you can IMMEDIATELY!
