intel my wifi adaptor for dell inspirion n5010

Hello,
My computer is not recognizing the intel my wifi adapter for dell inspirion N5010 any suggestions or download sites would be helpful, have spent countless hours on both Dell's website and Intel.

So your saying that you haven't loaded the drivers for the wireless network card ? IOf you go to the Dell support page and enter in your service tag it will bring up what is in your computer and the drivers that you need.
There is also a Fn key on the keyboard that needs to be pressed so that you can activeate the wireless card. Once you press the Fn key you need to look for the key that has the wireless symbol on it so you can press that also.
