I have just installed Windows 7 on my new Segate 2 TB HDD. It's running great, but when I went into computer management, I noticed about 114 GB of free space. When I tired to create a partition, Windows reports that there's isn't enough space available to complete this operation. I don't know what's wrong, please help me

System specs:

CPU: PII 955 BE
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148834&Tpk=ST2000DM001
Ram: 2x2GB Kingston KVR @1333MHz

Solution
Look over your partition information very closely. How big is the primary partition?
If your primary partition is close to 2 TB then the disk is probably already using the maximum amount that it can.
