PC3700 466MHz ram?!?!?

On pricewatch.com I saw 512megs of PC3700 RAM clocked at 466mhz advertised. Until then, I thought the highest speed of DDR ram was PC3400 400mhz ram used in KT400 motherboards. What m-board could use this? Has anyone heard of this ram, or is anyone using it? Also why is it only avaiable in 512meg size?

-I'm not stupid, I'm just big-boned!-

It exists. It's basicaly used just by overclockers.

1.) PC3700 does exist. I doubt it will really run at full speed using standard voltage.
2.) DDR400 is called PC3200, not PC3400. PC3200 is used by a few SiS (648, 655) and nVidia (nForce2) chipsets. I wouldn't waste good ram on the junk KT400 chipset.

They only make it in one size, probably because the market is too small to support multiple products. It's for overclocking. The more common PC3500 is DDR433, also intended for overclocking.
