I have a mobile broadband connection using a usb stick, im using it on my pc. Is there any way I can create a wireless network using this connection using a reuter...

You can set your mobile phone up as a tethered modem and connect it by a dongle to your router and set up a wireless network in your home. Unfortunatly if you taske your phone with you when you leave the house you lose the netwqork.
You can get a device from your cell provider that will act as a hot spot on you cell plan and connect you wireless devices to the mobile network , for an additional charge ofc.
