I have got a Skyhawk case, but the mounting for the PSU is upside-down, meaning that the second PSU fan is facing the top of the case (thus making it redundant). Does anyone know of any PSUs that can solve this? (i.e. can be mounted upside-down, have I-type fans, etc.). Is there any sort of brackets or adapters that switches the power supply round?

Cheers.

I've never seen brackets that allow you that. But the most simple solution is to drill new holes in the case so the PSU can be mounted normally. Otherwise the second PSU fan will be totally useless.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dimms when I turn it on

Yes, I've seen this before, your best option is to modify the case so you can flip the supply to the correct position.
