This error is occurring because some Auslogics software has been incorectly removed either a disk defragmenter or registry cleaner. You could reinstall the program and try uninstalling it again or use REGEDIT and search for every entry "commonforms.dll" and delete the entry. Don't forget to create a restore point before editing the registry.
