IEEE1394 card

if i want to capture DV video to make VCD
Am i only require a IEEE1394 card?

what IEEE cards are recommended?
is that all card using TI chipset is ok?

Yes an IEEE1394 card will do. Make sure your DV camcorder has the IEEE1394 port too. As for what cards to get, yes, those with TI chipset are preferred.
