Happy New Year!.
First of all, i want to thank you for your website and the forum which are great for people like me (newbie).
I have a question and i hope you can help me to find the right device or solution for my application.
I am planing to buy the Alfa AWUS036H (WIFI usb wireless adapter) and what i want to do is the following: I want to receive the internet signal from this adapter and broadcast it to my 2 laptops at home. I dont know if it is somehow possible to connect the Alfa adapter to a wireless router and this one will broadcast the internet signal to my laptops?. or what device i will need to adquire in order to meet my application?
Also, what would be the setup for the wireless devices.
What i am trying to avoid is to have a dedicated laptop connected all the time to the Alfa usb adaptor and have this laptop to behave like a router to my other laptop.
