Flat Panel Outlook

As a new user I first want to say hi to everyone.

I'm looking to purchase a flat panel for my computer but the current flat panels still seem to have issues with handling all types of uses. Those uses being casual to office to gaming to professional (CAD, video, graphics, etc). I mainly need something with rich, full colors, vibrance, able to withstand fast motions without ghosting/glows/etc.

What does it look like for flat panel technology say within the 6 to 9 months? I mean, do you see a new generation of flat panels hitting the market with all the good qualities of a flat panel within this time?

Any good websites that show the latest in flat panel technology besides tomshardware? Maybe even flat panel technological advancements and such (something more geared towards the science).
