How to close safe mode in windows 7 in toshiba laptops

Hello,
I want to close safe mode in my toshiba laptop

? reboot it into normal mode

If it's only starting in Safe Mode, you can't just select it to stop doing that. What happened before it started doing that? Install or remove something?

May need to do a Repair setup of Windows to get it back to normal.

Try using F8 to get the boot menu and boot normal or once in safe mode, run msconfig, go to the boot tab and uncheck safeboot.

I've tried to restore my computer but it's always booting using safe mode and tried to reinstall using the cd. but the same result doesn't change (start up using safe mode)
