Hi, I live in a dorm and I used to connect perfectly fine to a wi-fi from my neighbor just three weeks ago. Now I'm back, and now I cannot access the internet.
My problem is that I can connect to the wi-fi, but cannot access internet. I get 1 to 2 bars of wireless signal and the wireless icon says Internet Access. So if you look at it, everything is normal. But when I try to browse, the pages load forever.
Just 3 weeks ago, I can get maximum speeds of up to 900 kbps. Now, I get a very steady 0.5 ~ 2 kbps when I try to download something. One time I actually saw my download went up to 100 kbps for around 10 seconds then go back to 0.5 ~ 2 kbps.
This is very weird since I can connect to the wi-fi at home with no problems.
Any thoughts about the situation?
