web site maps for CA fixed

Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo, CA now have their own coverage maps
instead of mistakenly being linked to the Los Angeles maps. Thanks to
Frank Harris for notifing sprint about this problem.

Not at the level you expect, Phill. You expect block-level detail.
And that's not physically possible. Coverage at that small a scale
can change, and pretty radically, within 24 hours. For something
like that, we have to rely on customer reports.

Someone asking for known deadzones in Houston or
New York City is a little different some saying maps paint over known deadzones
and are inadequate.
AGAIN you find a post where I said maps should be at block level detail...
