Thanks to everyone answering my previous posts. I'd like to give a little back, so here is something I discovered today. Maybe it will be helpful to someone (hopefully).
I went to a Staples store today, and they had a 50 pack (spindle) of Optimum CD-R media for $9.94. It had a $10 rebate. I have no idea if this media is any good, but if you get the rebate money, it will cost you tax and a stamp.
They also have Sony Audio CD-R media for about $14 with I think a $10 or $11 rebate. I read somewhere that the Audio media works fine for both data and audio. But someone with more knowledge in CD-R may want to confirm that that is true.
Good luck!
