Lan through powerline or coax cable?

HI, I have been trying for a week now to figure out how to wire the upstairs bedroom in my house, I live in michigan and don't want to go on the roof.

Found these on Amazon and was wondering which would be most reliable as I have both a coax cable and power lines in my bedroom

So again which way is most reliable?
powerline or coax cable.

The coax kit got high reviews, over 4 stars http://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-Ethernet-Adapter-Service-ECB2500CK01/dp/B008EQ4BQG/ref=pd_cp_pc_0

The powerline got 4 stars, a bit lower. Either one should work well though.
