I'm using a Treo 600 and the recent software upgrade included a Pop email
client that allows you to access pop accounts. I set it up for my home
account and all works. There is a set-up for sprintpcs.com POP email. I
set it up with the same user name and password I use on the website;
however, it doesn't access. Do you have to sign-up for special service to
get POP email on the sprintpcs.com email?

You need to make sure you actually set up an *email* password. It's
under the "Settings & Preferences" link in the upper right when at
the PCS Mail page. Or, if you have the time, you can ask for data
support and they can set it for you. Just make sure you specify the
PCS Mail password. If you come in after 15 error 67 calls in a row,
the rep might be stuck in a rut and not catch that.
