Wireless to Wired

Hello,
This is what I want to do but have no idea how to do it. I have a satellite receiver that has to be connected to the internet for VOD. It has to have an ethernet cable inserted as is it does not accept wireless. I don't want to run ethernet cable across my house just so I can watch Video On Demand. I do have a wireless router in my living room. Is there a way I can pick up that singal and convert it to wired for the satellite receiver?
