Help? - no sound with audigy2 and promedia 5.1

I just got a Klipsch Promedia 5.1 system, and there is no sound. I've had the audigy2 installed since I built my computer, and my old speakers worked fine with it. However, after installing the Promedia system, I get no audio whatsoever.

I've went through SB's site and Klipsch's site, but no dice. I'd really appreciate any insight or advice. Thanks a bunch.

Hook up the old speakers, if you still have them... do you get sound?

If you do it's likely the new speakers have some kind of problem... take them back and get an exchange.

Yeah, that's what I'm beginning to think as well. My old speakers work fine. Strange and sucky... thanks for the help and the reply.
