Configuring router for inhouse website

Hi

I am new to router programming. I have a test in house web server form my website. The server and website is running fine. I can access this website on local network.
I have Netgear router, which is connected to outside world. I have fixed router IP address from my ISP.
I would like to program this router, any one from outside (world) local network can access my website.
Please some one put me on the right track.
What I need to do to this thing working.

Port forwarding

I would not recommend you do this at this time since you do not know something simple like this it is likely you also have holes in the security of you web server. You take the risk of someone taking over your server and doing bad things with it which you will be blamed for.
