IPV4 no internet access

March 11, 2013 12:13:23 AM

I'm using my smartphone via PDAnet+ to get internet service to my home. I'm connected to my PC which accesses the internet just fine. My problem is that I've been unable to maintain an Xbox Live connection through my LAN. I set this up yesterday and it accessed just fine. When I booted up today it says I have network connection, but no internet connection. I double checked all the settings and they are identical to what I used yesterday. I'm confused. I've restarted the Xbox, the phone and the PC several times and it isn't working.

I have Win7 on my laptop, use PDAnet+ for internet via the phone, and have all necessary ports open for XBL. When I test connection via Xbox, it either says MTU error (which I've set at 1500 using DRTCP), or internet access error. I can surf on the laptop but it won't connect through the LAN.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
