I can get either 2 sticks of this DDR400 samsung memory at $55 a stick, or I can get 1 stick of DDR433 corsair XMS memory at $105. It's going to be running on an Asus A7N8X deluxe nforce2 motherboard, so I would like to use dual channel. What I can't figure out about the Samsung memory is if it's really CL2. Here's what it says:

Programmable Read latency 2, 2.5 (clock)

It looks to me that it's CL2.5 memory that can be OCD to CL2. Any ideas? Thanks to all who respond!

Dude, Corsair all the way. They are fast, overclockable, and rock stable. I spent the extra money for the good stuff, and I recommend you do the same.

XP 2500+ Barton
A7N8X Dlx
2x512MB Corsair PC3200
MSI GF3 Ti500 w/64MB DDR
16x DVD-ROM
2x80GB 7200RPM Maxtor
Onboard audio

My computer is bigger than your computer....

Corsair IS Samsung memory. All corsair is is hand tested samsung memory that is better than avarage stuff. Corsair is just rebadged samsung simms.
