I'm using GW6.5 with syncwisepro 6 to synchronise with my Palm M105.
Only records that contain text in the PDA "Company" field are
synchronised, and they are synchronized as records of the type
"Organization" in GW. This means that I don't get any of the records
of the type "Person" synchronized.

What is causing this problem, and what can I do?

I'm not familiar with Syncwisepro 6, but if you are unable to fix the
problem then you may want to try SmartSYNC available from
http://www.pocketpc-solutions.co.uk/smartsync.htm
