Hello,
why the flag in my laptop s saying back up your files. and when i try doing tht it ask - insert removable media. What s that???

Go to Control Panel > Backup and Restore
What drive do you have set up for the Backup Location?
It may be setup for the CD/DVD drive or it may be setup for a removable external drive.
