how to disable cheat code

I would like my son to play realtime strategy games (like
Age of Empires II,Rise of Nations etc)honestly without
cheat, so that he can learn some knowledge through the
games. Could anyone tell me, are there any ways to disable
all cheat code for Rise of Nations and Age of Empires II?

If there is, it would be a very complexed trainer (like
the 1s used to cheat, and put up cash or whatever) but
reverse it, so it takes away whatever he might have
gained from the cheat, i am no expert in the cheating
field, so I don't know how to make any trainer :S but I
think you could find someone to do that, because it's
possible.
