I played about 7-8 missions so far - and I like this game.
It's a Mix between Homeworld (but without the need for ressource
gathering) and Starfleet Command III (withoug the complexity)
I do find some of the missions THOUGH !!
Although the Graphics are not as good as the leading edge companies out
there, I think they are quite good - I noticed yesterday that when you
zoon on a ship that's being fired upon, your whole screen shakes as
blasts rock the hull of the poor ship.
Another aspect of the game, is that's it's NOT an action game, where
you need quick reflexes to survive: You give orders and the ship(s)
responds to them - sometimes not very fast (Big ships need more time to
maneuver)
I think they did a very good job on the speeches - I've laughed more
then once, with the comments of this big shot rear-admiral who thinks
he's god almighty, but keeps loosing battleship!
Overall a very good game for people who like space strategy, without
the need to have a quick finger. 8/10
