How are the taxes on the monthly Sprint bill deteremined? Is it based
on the billing address or where the telephone number terminates? (i.e.
a phone number based in Missouri, but a Kansas telephone number.)

It is supposed to be billed based on the billing address on your monthly
statement.

On my various bills I have found it to vary--

Has anyone done research to discover which state/local gvt combo has
the lowest combined tax + 911 fee---at one time I found a page with
the 911 charges listed--but have lost it
