Installing sys files windows 7

Hello,
I have a setup which has a custom built driver.
when i install the driver the .sys file is not been placed or copied to drivers directory in "Windows\System32"
what could cause this?
the same setup works very well in XP

Most likely not compatible with Windows 7. What is it you are installing, and is it something you downloaded for Win7, or installing from a non Win7 CD ?

Hi there,

When i install the driver for first time the files are getting copied and works fine. If i try to update this driver with new the new sys file is not over writing in system32 directory. I am in Administrator privilege.

Also the file is not deleting while uninstall, you need to manually delete from system32 to re-install with new updated driver.
