I have an EVGA GF4 Ti-4200 64mb car, I was told I can use the latest Nvidia drivers (41.09) to increase clock speed on my video card, however when I check the advanced button under settings and click on nvidia at the top I am unable to see any clock speed management option on the small menu that appears on the left. I was told that there is a registry value I have to change but am unaware of which key I must go to and where to find it. I have WINXP PRO and am currently not worried about cooling since the video card has a sweet custom fan with heat sink,

The particular registry file is called "Coolbits". Download it here, and enter it into your registry.

Then under display properties, it will be listed. Hit the checkbox, allow the drivers to determine stability, restart your computer, and away you go. It can dynamically change the clock and memory speed on your video card without even having to restart after that point. Enjoy.
