I might be able to get 512 of PC 2100 DDR Ram and I was just wondering how much of a difference it will make to my comp.

Here are its specifications:
Pentium 4 1.80GHz
I have 512 of PC 2100 DDR ram (I could go to 768 or 1024)
64 MB GeForce4 Ti 4200
My Hard Disk is: Model Number:ST340016A
Capacity:40 GB
Speed:7200 rpm
My power supply is a 250Watt Max one (I don't know any more)
I run windows XP.

My questions:
1) I was just wondering how much of an increase in Speed I could expect with upgrading to either 768 or 1024.

2) Is there a bottle neck on my computer?

Thanks

1) 0% to none. Unless you're running some really wild memory hog program.
2) The main bottleneck is CPU/BUS speed. If you have the 512k cache (aka Northwood core) version of the P4 you can overclock it to 2400MHz by raising your bus speed from 100MHz (QDR400) to 133MHz (QDR533) and increasing the core voltage slightly.
