How to switch on ClearText on Windows?

I read there was an option in windows XP which allowed u to switch on an option called ClearText or something along those lines. Could someone post where I can find it?

Hi ultrageek!

Go to display properties (Right click the desktop and select properties), go to the appearance tab and click the effects button. Then put a checkmark in the "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts" and select ClearType from the drop down menu.
