MN-700 Broadband Utility: "Error on page"

I'm trying to see what my PPPoE settings are. I go to 192.168.1.1
(I've changed it from the default) and after logging in the main
screen comes up. But if I click on "Wide Area Network" I get "Error
on page". This is from my wireless notebook, from the wired desktop
machine it would show what the choices are (PPPoE and others) but
didn't show the settings for each one.

Is this a problem that a reset of the router should fix? If so, is
there a way to fix it without returning to factory settings?

And I never had any trouble with my MN-500, why is the MN-700
apparently such a dog? And are they doing anything about it?

Thanks!
andrew

Are you running the latest (.333, I think) firmware for the MN-700 from
here:
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/broadbandnetworking/15_Downloads.aspx It
resolved some of the issues with PPPoE.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Yes, 02.00.08.0333

After posting that question, I worked through several months' of
messages here, and someone (sorry, didn't catch who and can't find it)
said if you change the class C IP address of the router AND change the
range of DHCP addresses, you start getting javascript errors. I'm
going to do a factory reset.

That'll probably fix it, Andrew. Good luck with it.
