Best memory for Gigabyte 8SQ800?

What's the best memory for the Gigabyte 8SQ800 motherboard?

The Gigabyte homepage says Kingston but from what I've read people say that generally Corsair is the best memory, so?
I want 512mb ram and to take advantage of the dual ddr feature I have to buy 2x256, right?

Also, the board supports memory speed of 400Mhz but someone said go for DDR433, won't go faster than 400 but alot more stable.

Anyone care to enlighten me?

We're at the point now where DDR433 is probably DDR400 that's been tested stable at a higher speed. Generally this involves adding Cas Latency, so if it cost more it might not be worth the extra money.

I'd recommend Corsair XMS PC3200, but if you can find PC3500 of similar spec for a similar price, go for it!
