I just purchased a car that already has a Nokia CARK-91H car kit
installed. Wondering if there are any adapters that have been made to
use a Sprint phone, specifically a Samsung A-460 with a Nokia car kit.

Check Nokiausa.com for that kit's compatibility. I think it's
51xx/61xx/63xx series compatible. Get one of those phones and you'll be
fine. As for using your a460, sorry, no chance.
