Gta 4 sound card order run

Hello, i was installing gta 4 and went to run the game and it said "GTA 4 need a sound card in order run" and i went to install my updates and other drivers but, they didnt install and i need help any solutions?

What is the installation error ? What error (s) in device manager ?

The error for GTA was "GTA 4 needs a sound card in order to run" and my other apps said something about windows installer
